Lucky Star has partnered with Scarlet Road, Bremerton!
Scarlet Road is an INCREDIBLE non-profit here in Kitsap County that works to save women from sex trafficking/sexual exploitation and helps them set up on their own two feet. The have partnered with Lucky Star, who provides credit to Scarlet Road for donations made in their name. that way the women can actually shop for clothing that fits and appeals to them, rather than sifting through bags of clothes other just discarded. It is incredibly empowering and an important step in these women's lives. http://scarletroad.org/

Lucky Star has an award winning INTERN Program!
Our intern program is a way for students to learn important business and work skills that they can use in any aspect of their future professional careers. We provide a place for students to come in one day per week for two hous at a time and learn about customer service and working in a small business. It is also an opportunity to have additional material for future resumes as well as college applications. We have also created and implemented a Lucky Star University for their training. This a successful program that has benefited many students and gives them a leg up in the job market!
